HAWAII HOTEL, Marmaris – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is wonderfully clean and tidy with very friendly staff, situated in a great location, especially if you enjoy the beach. However, the noise at night can be disruptive, affecting the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the lack of cleanliness in some areas was noticeable.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The lack of a bath in the room was surprising, but at least our room on the first floor meant no waiting for the elevator or climbing stairs during my time in Marmaris. The service had its flaws, like being charged for a bottle of water and witnessing some sneaky behavior from staff, despite the room being serviced daily. The location, although near the beach, was marred by noisy neighbors and lacking friendliness from the staff. The dining experience was mediocre with limited options and unwelcoming staff, but the hotel facilities were well kept.

The hotel's rooms were nicely decorated and clean, although a bit small. I was surprised that there was no bath available, and the mini bar prices were quite high, even for all-inclusive guests. The service from Burak, Yaman, Ihsan, Ozgur, and the other Burak made the stay worthwhile, though communication seemed more enjoyable with German or Hungarian guests. Despite the efficient staff and well-kept furnishings, the noise from the nearby dance bar until early morning was a major drawback. While the location is convenient for beach access and the pool was inviting, amenities like the jacuzzi were disappointingly out of use for the duration of my stay. The dining experience, buffet-style, had a good variety, but staff friendliness and service lacked warmth. Overall, the hotel's value for money and limited housekeeping services left room for improvement.
